Brazeau County reports Range Helicopters will be in the area beginning Monday to conduct low-level pipeline right-of-way inspections.
The inspections will take place within about 30 kilometres of Drayton Valley starting July 27 and are expected to be complete by Aug. 7, weather permitting.
Range Helicopters officials say about 3,500 km of pipeline will be inspected and, as such, residents may notice helicopters flying over their property multiple times.
The organization says it will make efforts to minimize disruptions to residents, livestock and agricultural operations; however, some aircraft noise should be expected during this period.
Residents with questions or concerns can contact Range Helicopters by emailing admin@rangeheli.ca.
