According to 511 Alberta, a washout on Highway 778, south of Thorsby, has resulted in a road closure.
The highway is closed in both directions between Township Road 490 and Township Road 492.
Southbound traffic can detour west on Township Road 492 to Highway 39, then south on Highway 770. Northbound travellers are advised to take Township Road 490/Glen Park Road.
511 Alberta also reports a road breakup due to flooding on Highway 628, southeast of Spruce Grove.
Officials say the road is rough and open to local traffic only, in both directions between Highway 60 and Range Road 274.
