Parkland County is launching a new engagement opportunity for residents, County Chats, beginning this month.
The series of open-house-style events is intended to give residents a chance to meet the mayor and council, ask questions, give feedback and learn more about county initiatives and community leagues.
The first event is scheduled for 5:30-7:30 p.m. on April 30 at the Tomahawk Agra Centre.
The rest of the schedule is as follows:
- Woodbend Community Hall — Tuesday, May 12
- Muir Lake Community Hall — Tuesday, June 2
- Magnolia Community Hall — Tuesday, June 9
- Parkland Village Community Centre — Wednesday, September 9
- Wabamun Jubilee Hall — Tuesday, October 6
- Keephills Community Hall — Wednesday, October 14
- Holborn Community Hall — Thursday, November 12
- Blueberry Community Hall — Monday, November 23
All events run from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
