A Pop-Up Navigation Centre is coming to Drayton Valley for one day to connect residents with essential services.
The Town of Drayton Valley and the Drayton Valley and District Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) are partnering with local, regional and provincial service providers to offer this one-stop shop for individuals seeking guidance or access to services.
The pop-up will be running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Dec. 16 at the MacKenzie Conference Centre.
Residents can get help with navigating social services, connecting with community programs, exploring housing or employment supports, or simply learning what’s available in the region. You’ll be able to meet directly with service providers, ask questions and book follow-up appointments.
There will also be food and refreshments provided, as well as haircuts available, along with door prizes and swag.
