The user access system at the Lindale Bulk Water Station is scheduled for upgrades next week and for one day, water loading will not be accessible.
Upgrades will take place Nov. 17-21, but water access is only expected to be down for one day.
The keys that are currently used will be replaced with a new RFID key fob.
To access water after the upgrades are installed, users will need to sign a new bulk water agreement and pay a $50 deposit at the county office.
