Evansburg and surrounding area received some significant precipitation over the last few days.
Officials with Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) say a low pressure system brought significant precipitation amounts to west-central Alberta from Saturday June 17, 2023 evening until Tuesday June 20 morning. Most of the precipitation fell as rain. However, western areas of the province also received considerable accumulating snow, says ECCC.
