Drayton Valley Customer Service Portal to not be monitored during holiday hours

From December 23- January 2 the Customer Service Portal for the Town of Drayton Valley will NOT be monitored.

Town officials say, however, that critical Town functions will continue to operate during this time, but should you require immediate service for an EMERGENCY situation, you’re advised to please call the on-call numbers below regarding your issue.

• For emergencies that require a police response, please dial 9-1-1.
• For urgent matters after hours, please call 780-514-2200.
• For urgent matters requiring Bylaw or Animal Enforcement, please call 780-514-2386.
• For urgent matter requiring Public Works (eg. flooding), please call 780-202-1246.
• Fur urgent matters requiring Utilities (eg. water), please call 780-621-1074.
