There are three confirmed candidates running for reeve of Brazeau County.
According to County officials, incumbent Bart Guyon is running against Jason Kennedy and Don Mosicki.
Three county councillors, however, are in without a fight.
Division 2 councillor Donna Wiltse, Division 3 councillor Cody Brooks, and Division 5 councillor Anthony Heinrich are all in by acclamation. Wiltse and Heinrich are both incumbents, while Brooks is a rookie councillor.
The other county council chairs are all two-person races.
In Division 1, Joe Beliveau is running against Randy Swap. Division 1 is currently vacant, so both candidates are running for their first term.
In Division 4, incumbent Kara Westerlund is running against Georgia Frost.
In Division 6, incumbent Sara Wheale is running against Dallas Ekstrom.
