Evansburg RCMP have recovered stolen property that they say was being stored in Yellowhead County following the execution of a search warrant at a rural residence.
Mounties began their investigation on Jan. 22, and on Jan. 25, executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Lobstick Resort Road and Highway 16 after receiving reports that stolen property was being stored at this location.
As a result of the investigation, police say 38-year-old, Yellowhead County resident, Bradley Frazer has been charged with 21 offenses, including:
- Possession of firearm while unauthorized
- Possession of restricted/prohibited weapon
- Possession of weapons contrary to order x 5
- Failure to comply with his release order x6
- Possession of property obtained by crime 1x over $5000 and 1x under $5000
- Possession of methamphetamine
Police say they also recovered two travel trailers, one utility trailer, a 500-gallon propane tank, various weapons, a handgun, ammunition and suspected methamphetamine.
Fraser was brought before a justice of the peace and was remanded with a court date set for Feb. 10, at the Alberta Court of Justice in Evansburg.
