According to officials with the Town of Drayton Valley, crews will be conducting tree removal work in the downtown area on Friday, Jan. 10.
Crews say they will be removing a dead tree along Veterans Way (51 Avenue), just west of 50 Street at around 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
Residents are being told to expect delays for both traffic and pedestrians in the area.
Officials apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank residents for their cooperation.
