Brazeau County is pledging its support for Parks Day.
At Brazeau County council’s June 7, 2022 meeting, council approved a $1000 grant to the Eagle Point Blue Rapids Parks Council for their Parks Day event.
The event this year is a “Choose Your Own Adventure” style poker rally, designed to showcase the recreational opportunities in the County.
Other activities planned for Eagle Point Provincial Park include archery with the Brazeau Bowbenders, paddling with the DV Paddle Club, hiking along the Hill Top Trail hosted by the Eagle Point staff, and mountain biking with the Pembina Nordic Club.
