Applications open for Drayton Valley Community Foundation Bursary

Time is running out to get your applications in for the Drayton Valley Community Foundation Winter Bursary.

The foundation gives the bursary to a student showing financial need to enable them to pursue education at the post-secondary level. This includes university, college, a technical institute, or other educational institutions.

According to the foundation’s website, the bursary is open to residents in the foundation’s area. This includes the Town of Drayton Valley and extends all the way to Alder Flats and Entwistle.

The bursary pays $5000 per year, to a lifetime maximum of $20,000 per student.
