Two people are dead following a traffic accident that happened west of Breton.
On Oct. 27, 2021, shortly before 5 p.m., Breton and Thorsby RCMP go the report of a multi-vehicle collision involving two passenger vehicles.
RCMP report that the collision happened west of Breton on Highway 616 at Range Road 43.
Breton and Thorsby RCMP, the RCMP Criminal Collision Investigation Team, Emergency Medical Services, local fire department, and STARS Air Ambulance all attended the scene.
Two vehicle occupants were pronounced dead at the scene.
Breton RCMP continue to investigate the collision, along with the assistance of an RCMP collision re-constructionist.
