Drayton Valley residents are invited to an open house regarding the town’s concept plan for the Eldorado and Deby Lands, a group of municipally owned properties.
The area, south of 49 Avenue and west of 50 Street, includes undeveloped parcels, open spaces and treed lands.
The town says the plan explores opportunities for future residential, commercial and open space development while improving transportation, community amenities and natural features in the area.
Community feedback will help shape the concept plan and inform recommendations for the area, officials say.
The open house takes place from 3-8 p.m. on Oct. 7 in the Curling Lounge of the Team Auctions Centre.
