A road closure will be in effect on 51 Street in Drayton Valley this Friday.
July 24, the River Valley Players are hosting a Summerween event, where residents can trick-or-treat down old Main Street.
To accommodate the event, 51 Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from 4-8 p.m.
Event participants can also try their luck in a costume contest or to find some upgrades at the costume “take it or leave it” table.
Activities begin at 5 p.m.
