The Drayton Valley Pro Rodeo Society is searching for the next Miss Rodeo Drayton Valley.
Rae-Lynn Dixon held the role in 2025, and now it’s time for a new cowgirl to fill her stirrups.
The society is searching for applicants between the ages of 18 and 24 to be an ambassador for the sport and community. The 2026 queen will also attend events across the province.
There is no prior experience necessary, and interested parties can get an application package by emailing mrdvcommittee@gmail.com. Applications are due before March 31.
The Miss Rodeo Drayton Valley competition takes place April 25-26. The winner and new queen will appear at the Drayton Valley Pro Rodeo running May 1-3, 2026.
