Nominations are still open for Division 4 in the Wild Rose School Division for next month’s municipal election.
Due to no one stepping forward to run, officials say the school division has extended nominations for Division 4 until Monday, Sept. 27. Anyone wishing to run can deliver their nomination papers to the school division office between 10 a.m. and 12 noon.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Wild Rose School Division is already settled, as every seat got in through acclamation.
There are two seats in Ward 1, which were acclaimed by incumbent Cheryl Scott and newcomer Charlene Bearhead.
Incumbent Mae Tryon has been acclaimed in Ward 2, while Penni Lougheed has been acclaimed in Ward 3.
Incumbent Heidi Hetherington has been acclaimed in Ward 5.
