For the next few days, Brazeau County residents will notice increased helicopter activity in the area.
Range Helicopters will be conducting pipeline right-of-way inspections in the community and in an area within 30 kilometres of town.
Range Helicopters says there are 3,500 kilometres of pipeline to check, so residents may see helicopters flying in and around properties several times.
Officials say they will do their best not to disrupt the peace of anyone’s home or livestock, but acknowledge there will be some noise.
The work starts Jan. 19, and should last three to four days.
