Snow removal work continues in the town of Drayton Valley on Monday following efforts made in that respect over the weekend as well.
On Saturday, crews completed routes along Priority 1 roads, then on Sunday, snow removal took place in the downtown core.
On Monday, crews began removing snow along Priority 2 roads.
‘NO PARKING’ signs have been placed along these roads.
If you live along these roads, please move your vehicles to avoid fines. This of course, helps crews clear the roads safely.
Also, anyone in these areas whose regular garbage collection is on Monday, you’re asked to please place your bins on the sidewalk, close to the road so the trucks can still grab it.
