Parkland RCMP recover trailer and some wheelchairs stolen out of Stony Plain

Parkland RCMP have located and recovered a trailer stolen out of Stony Plain late last month, which belongs to a wheelchair basketball club based in Edmonton.

On Nov. 28, a member of the public reported seeing the trailer in Stony Plain, where police were able to locate and recover it.

Unfortunately, only seven of the 15 wheelchairs reported were recovered, and no suspects were located or identified during the recovery.

The Parkland RCMP thanks the public for its vigilance as the investigation continues.
