If you know an outstanding business, organization or individual in Drayton Valley, your window to nominate them for the Mayor’s Gala Awards is closing.
Nominations will be accepted until June 27, with recipients announced at a ceremony on Sept. 18, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the MacKenzie Conference Centre.
The town is looking to recognize businesses that go the extra mile, organizations that go above and beyond, and exceptional individuals or groups in the community.
There are nine categories, including: the Business Achievement Award; Oil & Gas Award; Community Spirit Award; New Community Organization Award; Youth Empowerment Award; Excellence in Athletics Award; Arts and Music Award; Teachers/Educators Award; and Healthcare & Emergency Services Award.
Nomination forms are available online or in person at all town facilities.
