While investigating the first incident, a second complaint came in regarding a male who had been stabbed in Tomahawk. The two reports were determined to be related and perpetrated by the same suspects. 34-year-old Robert Blackwell of Red Deer and 34-year-old Brittney Goulden of Tomahawk were arrested by members who located them in Red Deer, and held for bail hearings on multiple charges; both were remanded into custody.

The complainant had made an agreement to tow the trailer to an alternate location for the male but he was now preventing this from happening. Members attended and were unable to find a resolution other than arresting the male and lodging him in cells, as he appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Based on the circumstance’s members encountered, the male was eventually charged with Mischief and Disturbing the Peace. The male was released when sober with conditions and a date to appear in court.
1:25 p.m. – Brazeau County – Members were at a somewhat secluded property dealing with an earlier file when a silver Toyota drove into the area; clearly not expecting to see police. Members located a male in the back seat/hatch area that was doing a poor job of hiding. As members knew he was wanted, he was removed and arrested. The male had a “pay or stay” warrant from Edmonton Police with an unpaid fine of almost $6000; as a result, he was transported to Edmonton Remand Center to “stay” until his fine is considered paid. The driver of the vehicle was also issued several tickets, including for having no license and no insurance. The car was towed as it could not be left on the private property.
