With the threat of a postal worker strike on the horizon, officials with Brazeau County are informing residents that if Canada Post workers do move forward with a work stoppage, interest will not be charged on utility bills or other invoices received through the mail.
However, officials are also reminding residents that deadlines and tax penalties will still apply.
Residents with questions or concerns are being asked to contact Jenneka Hartman by calling 780-542-7777 or emailing jhartman@brazeau.ab.ca.
