According to officials with Brazeau County, Alberta Environmental Farm Plan will be hosting a virtual workshop between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, April 30.
Organizers say this workshop is a voluntary self-assessment tool designed to help residents identify environmental risks on their farms. Organizers say information from this workshop can be used to help manage financial and safety risks, increase operational efficiency while reducing farm costs, and identify immediate or long-term actions.
Officials with Brazeau County also say they will be providing space at the County office (7401, Twp Rd 494) for residents who wish to attend the workshop but do not have a reliable internet connection at home.
For more information, contact Nancy Chambers via email at nchambers@braeau.ab.ca. or by calling 780-542-7777.
Additional EFP workshop dates can be found on the Alberta EFP website.
