The Town of Drayton Valley has received a subdivision application for a lot line adjustment at 5217 & 5219 Industrial Road (Lot 16, Block 10; Plan 8120772).
Town officials say the developer proposes shifting the line on lot 18 approximately 15 metres to the west — increasing the size of lot 18 by over 1600 square meters and reducing the size of lot 8.
Officials say this lot is currently zoned C-Gen (Commercial General).
Any residents who are concerned that this subdivision may negatively impact the use of their property, are being informed they need to notify the Town via a written response or by email no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 14, 2024.
