In an effort to get more citizen involvement, the Town of Drayton Valley has introduced a new customer service portal.
As part of the Town’s commitment to customer service, they have implemented a new system that allows residents to enter concerns, issues, or feedback online from home. Citizens can now do things like report a pothole or graffiti, let the Town know about repairs needed at parks and recreation areas, or inform the Town if your garbage wasn’t picked up, all online through the Customer Service Portal.
Officials note, residents will log into the Customer Service Portal on the Town’s website where they will record a concern which will automatically generate a service request that will be sent to the appropriate Town department via email. Residents will be provided a reference number and can also request to be contacted when the job is completed with details on what was done.
