Drayton Valley is getting ready to mark National Indigenous Peoples Day.
On June 21, 2022, the Metis Multicultural Youth Society will be hosting a number of activities in Drayton Valley’s Rotary Park.
It all begins with setting up a teepee, followed by teepee teachings.
In addition, there will be a Metis Trappers Tent, and dancers from Smallboy.
Be sure to come hungry, because there will be free burgers.
It all takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
