The Town of Drayton Valley is congratulating those who work to conserve water.
The Town has announced 2021’s winners for the Preserve Our Ultimate Resource (POUR) Program.
2021’s winners are Kevin and Karen Sommerville. The Sommervilles will receive a $500 credit on their utility bill.
The POUR Program is a water conservation initiative the Town of Drayton Valley runs every year. If a Drayton Valley resident installs an approved fixture or appliance to reduce their water consumption, they can apply to the town for a $100 credit on their utility bill. Each upgrade you install also gets your name into a draw for a $500 credit on your utility bill, to be drawn at the end of the year.
The POUR Program is now open for 2022. To find out how to apply for your credit and to learn what fixtures or appliances qualify, check the Town of Drayton Valley website.
