More sponsors are signing on for the Drayton Valley Brazeau Aquatic Centre.
At their regular meeting Jan. 19, council approved a few more sponsorship agreements.
Hayduk Picker Service Ltd has signed on to be the sponsor of the men’s change room.
The Drayton Valley branch of the Royal Canadian Legion is now the sponsor of the portable hydraulic lift. As part of the deal, the lift will be known as the Legion Lift.
Hayduk’s sponsorship deal is worth $15,000, whereas the Legion’s is for $10,000. Each deal is good for five years.
As sponsors sign on, the Drayton Valley Brazeau (DVB) Aquatic Centre fundraising committee continues working hard.
The committee has partnered with the Drayton Valley Lions Club to host a fundraising 50/50. Tickets are on sale until Feb. 13, with the draw taking place the next day.
